We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) to manage our assigned territory and drive business growth for Shell. As a DSR, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned territory and develop business growth strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Achieve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Overdue (OD) % targets
Implement management techniques and manage customers as partners ………

Requirements : ……
Diploma in Engineering or B.E
2-4 years of industrial sales experience (0 years for Engineering Graduates)
Age: 25-35 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and planning skills
Basic computer operation knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
.
Benefits:
Salary: 18K – 45K per month
TA/DA: 5K- 7K per month
Incentive: 5K- 15K per month (based on target achievement)
